Privacy Policy

Spark Together Cleaning ("I", "me", "my") is a house cleaning business in West Palm Beach, Florida. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit sparktogethr.com, fill in one of my forms (on this website or on Facebook or Instagram), or message me, and what I do with it.

What I collect

• Contact details you give me: your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code.
• Details about your home and the cleaning you want: home size, how often you want cleaning, the type of clean, add ons, notes, and any photos you send so I can give you a price.
• Messages you send me by text, email, Facebook or Instagram.
• Basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and IP address, used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How I use it

• To give you a price, answer your questions, and schedule and carry out your cleaning.
• To text or email you about your quote, your bookings and offers you asked about.
• To keep a record of your home's details and preferences, so every visit is done the way you like.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, I will text you about your quote, bookings and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

I do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing. Text messaging consent is never shared with third parties or affiliates.

Who else handles your information

I never sell your information. I use a few service providers to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to me:

• GoHighLevel, the system I use to keep track of customers, messages and bookings.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you contact me or fill in a form there. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to what you do on its platforms.
• Cloudflare, which hosts and secures this website.
• Google, which provides the map and fonts on this website and may receive basic technical information when they load.

I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google map may set cookies when it loads. Facebook and Instagram may use their own cookies when you use their apps.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you are a customer or while we are talking about a quote, and for as long as I need it for my business records after that. Ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see the information I hold about you.
• Ask me to correct it or delete it.
• Stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails by replying and asking.

To make any of these requests, text me at (561) 556-5300, email hello@sparktogethr.com, or reply to any message you have received from me.
